Join Bonsai for a sushi rolling class filled with flavor and fun.
Enjoy house hors d'oeuvres, a craft sake flight thoughtfully paired with a Chef's specialty plate, and a make-your-own sushi experience guided by our culinary experts. We'll finish off the event with a feature dessert and a souvenir gift from our team.
$150 per guest + applicable taxes
Culinary offerings to include shrimp & lobster salad, crab ravioli, tuna tartar, smoked tuna, A5 wagyu nigiri, and samples of signature sushi rolls.
Sushi class options to include fresh fish selection such as tuna, scallop, hamachi, salmon, steelhead, caviar, roe, and an assortment of vegetables.
