Born and raised in Pensacola FL, I graduated from Catholic High in 1968 and attended Pensacola Junior College. I have been in the " Making People Happy Business" for most of my adult life. I was a Builder, Developer, Real Estate Broker from the late 70s – 1987 in Pensacola. I was President of the Home Builders Association in 1986, having served on its Board of Directors for 8 + previous years. I moved to Huntington Beach California in 1987-1992 working in Management in large automobile dealerships. I was recruited to move to New Orleans in 1992 as City Manager / Senior Vice President of a large home building operation and resumed my career in Real Estate, Building, and Land Development. Realizing that market professional and innovative target marketing is the key to sales, I started a Marketing company called Scientific Marketing in 1995, a company that I still own. I decided to take some time off to have two knee replacements which makes me 100% ready to resume my Real Estate career and work for you. Allow me to put my years of experience of running sales & building operations that produced and SOLD approx. 3,200 units under my direction.
